Description: This client is a manufacturing company with
heavy machinery working endlessly throughout the day.
The goal for them was to minimise their electricity bill and the solution for them
was a grid-tied system.
The system consists of a 100kW SolarEdge Grid-Tied inverter with 144 x JA Solar Double Glass panels. With such an extensive panel installation, it was also advised to install optimizers between the panels to monitor the efficiency as well as easier fault-finding should a problem occur.
We can say that the clients have minimised their reliability on eskom during the day.
